RE/MAX reached the 300-open-offices mark in 1980, seven years after the first office opened. In recent years, the network has increased in number of open offices by an average of more than 300 every year. Projecting such growth forward puts the network at more than 6,000 offices in 2007. The RE/MAX network has grown in number of offices every year since its founding in January 1973.
